    Installation

    To get you connected to VDSL we need to send a technician to your house (when you are there) to either install or modify your main jack point, and check that the speeds are awesome. This normally takes a couple of hours.

    Service lead times are currently up to 10 working days across all broadband providers as Chorus, the company that does all connections, have a backlog. We're pushing hard to get this improved and will email you the specific date of connection within a few days. Please keep a close eye on your inbox.

    If you’ve got Genius Go, our smartphone app that puts your home phone on your mobile, you’ll need to enter your username and password into the app again once you’ve moved. If you don’t have it go get it here, you’ll love it.
