    The Static IP service feature and all other changes to your plan will occur on the 23rd of the month following the submission of your plan change order.

    You will be provided with your new IP to the nominated email on your Orcon account once the change has been made and will need to reboot your router for the change to take effect.

    Please do not proceed with the change until you have the required time and resources to configure your network, as your services will be down until you can complete this configuration. To reduce downtime on Orcon services that you have (such as domains / hosting) you can update your TTL’s in advance.

    Please note that when you move to this new plan, your IP address will be dynamically assigned.

    YOUR SERVICE CHANGES WILL NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL NEXT 23rd OF THE MONTH; IE. NEXT BILL
