HSNS

HSNS (High Speed Network Service) provides a Layer 3 IP service for use in delivering Data and voice services to Medium to Large Enterprises. It has been specifically designed to support data, voice and video traffic.

HSNS comes in two flavours, Lite and Premium.

HSNS Lite supports speeds up to 10mbit and is delivered using SHDSL (Single-Pair high-speed digital subscriber line) technology over the traditional copper telephone network.

HSNS Premium supports speeds up to 100mbit and is delivered using fibre.

Both HSNS flavours are easy to work with as they terminate in Ethernet and support multiple real world IP's.

Both services are synchronous and the bandwidth is un-contended making it faster and more stable than current ADSL services.

HSNS is available in approximately 70% of locations in NZ, with HSNS Lite being more prevalent than HSNS Premium.
