Founded in 1999, Certus is New Zealand’s largest specialist IBM software services company, with more than 40 highly skilled and certified IBM software professionals, supporting all five key IBM software brands: WebSphere, Information Management, Lotus, Tivoli and Rational. Certus Solutions Ltd were ready to replace their main Auckland office phone system, and the voice services contract with their current provider had expired. They were looking for a solution that would:
- Enable their employees to reap the time saving and freedom benefits provided by closer integration of their office applications and phones
- Save costs over the existing ISDN voice service provider to justify a move to a new one
- Provide a strong return on investment for the business
- Deliver the same voice quality as they were getting at present
