ADSL

ADSL (Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line) turns your standard copper phone line into a high-speed Internet connection, while allowing you to talk and surf at the same time. The theoretical top speed of ADSL is 7.6Mbs down and 768kps up – depending on such factors as the distance you are from the telephone exchange and the quality of wiring to and within your home.

ADSL2+

ADSL2+ is basically new and improved ADSL. The theoretical top speed of ADSL2+ is 24Mbps down and 1Mbps up – depending on such factors as the distance you are from the unbundled telephone exchange and the quality of wiring to and within your home.
