FAQ: Why is my first bill higher than I expected?

Your first bill may be higher than expected because you will be invoiced from the day your services go live until the 22nd of the month and then for a month in advance.

This will bring you in line with our monthly billing cycle (23rd - 22nd monthly).

DON’T PANIC. You haven’t been billed twice.

Just remember, billing is done on the 23rd of each month & base charges are billed 1 month in advance. Hopefully it will all make perfect sense.
