FAQ: What to do when you get your new SIM pack

Step 1: If you have a new phone, make sure you charge it completely before using it. Just to make sure you get the most out of your battery.

Step 2: Your new Orcon SIM will go live within 5-10 working days of joining up. But don't worry, we'll send you an email as soon as we can with your activation date. If you're transferring an existing number, it will keep working until your Orcon SIM goes live.
NB: If you are not sure of your activation date just check the email address registered with us when you joined up. . If you didn't give us an email address it will be

Step 3: Once activated, simply insert your Orcon SIM. Check your mobile phone or USB broadband stick user guide for more information on how to do this if you're not sure. Then you'll be up and running!
