FAQ: What happens when I sign up?

1.               We will email you confirmation of your order details & a quick credit check is done.
2.               Once we have processed your order we email you with a date we expect to have you connected (usually you will get this email 1-2 days later).
3.               On connection date, your old provider is turned off and Orcon starts running your phone & broadband. You’ll get some simple, non technical instructions to help you get your Orcon broadband up and running. Of course if you need some more help one of our friendly suppport staff are just a phone call away.
