FAQ: What happens if I move house?

If you move house you will need to have broadband removed from your old house and installed at your new place.

We can take care of this for you, but you will need to give us at least 10 working days notice for us to transfer your Internet connection over with minimal hassle and delay.

Note that if you were on one of our old plans that we’re no longer offering, you won’t be able to take that old plan with you.

If you are on a contract with Orcon you will not be breaking your contract if you need to disconnect from your old house, provided you place an order for Orcon broadband to be installed at your new home. An installation fee may apply.
