Import your backed up your email

 

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003 or later and go to the File menu > Import and Export
  2. Import and Export
  3. Select Import from another program or file and click Next
  4. Import From File
  5. Select Personal Folder File (.pst) and click Next
  6. Import From File
  7. Locate your backed up .pst file and click Next
  8. Import Persoanl Folders
  9. Select the folder to import from. In general, you should select the top or parent folder and tick 'Include subfolders'. Click Finish. The import process may take some time and Outlook may not appear to be doing anything for a few minutes at the start of this process.
  10. Import Personal Folders Finish
