FAQ: Migrating to Hosted Exchange - Step 2: Synchronizing with Exchange Server
Follow these steps using your account information
Go to the Start Menu > Control Panels > Mail
Click on Email Accounts
Click on Add. If you have another Exchange account you will need to remove this first.
Click on View or change existing e-mail accounts then click Next
Select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next
In the Microsoft Exchange Server put in exmbx01.hosted.orcon.net.nz. In the User Name field put your new email address. In general, you should ticked Use cached Exchange Mode. Once you have done this click More Settings.
Click the Connection tab then tick Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP then click Exchange Proxy Settings
Fill out the Exchange Proxy settings window as shown below then click OK
From here click make sure that "Microsoft Exchange Server" is highlighted and then click "Set as Default". Once "Mircosoft Exchange Server is set as default click 'Finish'
