FAQ: I want to change the broadband plan I am on, how do I do that?

They are a couple of ways for you to change your broadband plan. You can:

To change your service features or data caps

If you want to change your service features or add or subtract data, you can use our Change My Plan online tool.

Log in, and you’ll see the plan you currently have. Then, just add, subtract, or change whatever you like, and you can place the change order from the tool. Easy!

Note: Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

To upgrade to a new plan

Upgrading to a new plan is simply a matter of choosing a plan and completing the sign-up process.

You can view Orcon’s residential broadband plans here. Choose which plan you want and walk your way through the steps, and you’re away laughing!

After you have placed your order you will receive an email from our provisioning team with the expected date on which your plan change will take effect.
