FAQ: I am having trouble logging in to webmail

If you are having trouble logging in to webmail using the log in box in the top right corner of the website you should try logging in directly throught the webmail portal: http://www.mail.orcon.net.nz If you are still having problems you may have the wrong username or password. Call our helpdesk on 0800 13 14 15 and they will be able to set a new password once you have verified your identity.
