FAQ: How do I set up the iPhone app?

Login to the Orcon Account application with the same username and password you use for the 'My Orcon' section of the Orcon website.

If you are an Orcon Business or Orcon Commercial customer, press 'Settings' then 'Business Unit' and make the appropriate selection 

The application lists the services you have subscribed to with Orcon. The Usage bar shows how much data you have used in the current billing period, and the date bar below shows how far through the current billing period you are.

Broadband usage is measured at approximately half hourly intervals. If you check your usage more often than this you may not see any change in the display. Your actual usage is still being recorded.
