FAQ: How do I reset my Orcon Genius modem?

1. Turn the computer on, connect your computer to the Orcon Genius via the yellow Ethernet cable, and open up a web browser (for example Internet Explorer or Firefox).

2. In the ‘Address’ field (where you would type a 'www.anything.com' website address) type in 10.1.1.1

3. When prompted for a password type “admin” as the password (this allows you to access the modem’s interface).

4. Go to “Handy Tools”

5. Option C2 “Restore Factory Settings” click “Continue”

6. Wait 5 minutes for the modem to reset
