FAQ: Are there any connection/set up fees?

If you are an @home or @work broadband customer, and you sign up for a fixed term contract, we'll pick up the connection cost. If you want the flexibility of no fixed term, then we'll ask you to chip in $99 towards the installation. If you have more than 5 phone jacks, or a monitored home alarm you may need a full install ($149). If your house has never had a phone line in use or no active line for 3 months or more there may be a cost of $99 as well to get the phone line established. We will explain all this to you when you sign up.
For other @work products like Fibre, prices vary. We will explain all this to you when you call us.
