FAQ: Training the Orcon mail service to recognise spamIf you have an e-mail that is spam forward the e-mail as an attachment to the following email address: trainasspam @orcon.net.nz This updates the built in spam filters definition of what spam is, ensuring that you do not receive emails from this source again. By the same token, if you have emails that are being incorrectly classified as spam you can forward them as an attachment to the following email address - .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) This will update the spam filters definition of what a valid email is. Please Note: You will need a few examples of the same email before the software will “whitelist” it To set your spam filtering settings please log into your account, select “My Services” from the menu on the left.
