You’ll receive your SIM/phone via courier prior to your mobile activation date (emailed to you). We’ll email you when your SIM is with the courier so you can keep an eye out for it.

You’ll receive your Orcon SIM via courier within the next 5 working days. It will arrive during the day, so make sure you look out for a courier collection card if you're not home. We will email you when your package is with the courier so you can keep an eye out for it.

You can call us on 0800 13 14 15 and we will bar the phone from making calls. If you are sure the phone has been stolen and you're not going to get it back again we can get it black listed - which means it can never be used on an NZ network again. Call us to find out how to make this happen.
