If you have just signed up to Orcon, or have moved to Orcon Genius from an existing Orcon plan, firstly - awesome! Secondly, please be aware that your new data cap will be pro-rated.

FAQ: How do I set up or change my credit card details?

You can change your payment method for your account to credit card, or update your credit card details online. To do so please follow these simple steps: Log-in to the My Orcon section of the Orcon website using your Orcon username and password. Click on 'My Finances' in the menu on the left hand side Click on 'Payment Method' in the expanded menu. Click the small 'Edit' button in the middle of the page. Select your card type from the drop down menu, and enter the required details.

FAQ: How to change how you pay us

You can change your payment credit card on the My Orcon website for your bill to be automatically taken from it. You can not change your payment method to anything else but a credit card (ie - it can’t be moved back to invoice) - The only other way to change this is to call us

FAQ: What are Orcon’s bank account details?

Customers are able to Direct Credit their payment to our ASB Bank account: Orcon Internet Ltd 12-3050-0351777-02 (002 if required) ASB Bank Wellington customers (formerly iServe) are able to Direct Credit their payment to our National Bank account: Orcon 06 0529 0687172 00 National Bank Please ensure your account number or username are in the particular fields and all others are left blank.

FAQ: How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your Orcon invoice in a variety of ways: Direct debit Credit card NZ Post Shop (note minimum $5 transaction applies) Bank deposit (use your Orcon username as the particulars field) Internet banking (use your Orcon username as the particulars field) Please note that some plans have payment method restrictions. To arrange payment of your account by credit card please contact our helpdesk on 0800 13 14 15 (8:00am to 11:00pm Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 8:00pm Sat/Sun)
