Hosted Exchange also allows you to view one another's calendars, making scheduling meetings a breeze, increasing productivity, as you no longer need to make phone calls to get people in your team together.

Security is much higher with Hosted Exchange as it stores all your email, calendar and contact information on our secure server, rather than on your local PC, laptop or PDA device. This means should the worst happen to your hardware, such as a virus, or damage on the road, your emails and other information are safe.
