Things you need to know:

• If you already have broadband with another provider, and so you have a modem, no term contract applies.
• If you don't already have a broadband connection we will give a free connection only install or a discounted connection & wiring install. We also give you a free modem! In this case a $150 early disconnection fee is payable if you disconnect within 12 months.
• If you go over your 20GB data cap on your Talker/Surfer Broadband plan you will be charged overage fees according to the Autosense model ($10 per 5GB).
• Customers on Talker Surfer can make an unlimited number of calls from their home phone to any landline around New Zealand. Each call is capped at 1 hour, standard per minute rates apply after the first hour. If you want to talk for longer than an hour, just hang up and call right back.

Worried about losing your current email address?

We have had calls from lots of people who are keen to take up this offer, but don't want to lose their email address from their existing provider. The good news is that all our competitors offer the ability to keep your email address for a very small fee (usually around $3 a month).
