What happens when you get a group of incredibly talented artists/designers/programmers/thinkers/geeks together in a room in the middle of nowhere for a week and let them escape from their day jobs?

We should know the answer by this time next week.

Purple Spheres is something that has been bubbling away in the background here at Orcon HQ for a while, and is now unleashed on the public.

These guys are currently locked in a house and have been given a brief to develop cool stuff. Best of all they are going to share their results, including the tools they use to make them with the world at www.purplespheres.co.nz

At the Purple Spheres site you will also be able to track their progress during the week, and see what they are cooking up.

We are super excited about what you can do now with some readily available tools, and a little bit of imagination - we are pretty sure you will be to when you see what comes out of this week! Stay tuned.

Also, if you are in Auckland, look out for your very own souvenir purple sphere on the streets this week.
