We are really proud of our helpdesk here at Orcon. Our dedicated team of Internet Specialists work hard to ensure that if our customers are experiencing problems they are fixed as quickly as possible. We know how annoying it can be to be without the Internet when you need it.

This is the first of what will be a regular monthly feature in the Orcon Blog; the Helpdesk Team Member of the Month. It is our way of highlighting outstanding performance from our Internet Specialists, and also give our customers a bit of an insight 'behind the scenes' at Orcon.

This months Heldpesk Team Member of the Month is Brett Mills.

Brett was made Helpdesk Team Member of the Month for being extremely helpful and always contributing great ideas. He has a really good positive attitude to both customers and his fellow team members. Read on for a little mini-interview with Brett, and be sure to congratulate him if you happen to catch him on the phone this month.

How long have you been working at Orcon?

7 Months.

What is your favorite part of working on the helpdesk?

The other workers on the helpdesk.

What is the funniest/strangest question that you have had from a customer?

"Can my wife tell that I've been looking at these naughties?!"

www.ign.com : Awesome reviews and news for gamers.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

When not spending time with family & friends, you will find me behind either a pc or console playing games, or out driving.

If you could give Orcon customers one piece of advice what would it be?

Remember the helpdesk is trying to fix your problems, and usually aren't the ones that cause them, so be nice and restart that router.
