This months helpdesk team memeber of the month is Sophia Harrison, read on to find out why.

This month's Heldpesk Team Member of the Month is Sophia Harrison.

Sophia was named Helpdesk Team Member of the Month for learning the ropes here at Orcon exceptionally quickly, and always going the extra mile to help out customers with problems. Read on for a little mini-interview with Sophia, and be sure to congratulate her if you happen to catch her on the phone this month.

How long have you been working at Orcon?

6 Months.

What is your favourite part of working on the helpdesk?

The variation, the support and friendliness of my other team mates.

What is your favourite website and why?

www.trademe.co.nz: Because you can get things cheaply rather than paying the full price, and get good deals.

If you could give Orcon customers one piece of advice what would it be?

I have found my Helpdesk team mates really supportive with customers. We will always make the extra effort to sort out problems and will go the extra mile for our customers.
