Digital Life: Broadband articles

I often have friends saying that they love their Orcon broadband connection but they want to make sure they are getting the most out of it. They want to know how to make their connection even faster!

If you are one of our customers, have seen us on the 6 o'clock news, or read what we have to say in the papers, you know that in 2008 Orcon got serious about Broadband. But it wasn't just us; Government(s), thought leaders, businesses, community and you there at home all basically agreed that we need faster, cheaper, more reliable Broadband: Better Broadband, and we need it fast.

Due to the number of comments and questions I've received about my previous post on the Service Control Engine and how we use it to manage international transit, I've put together a bit of a followup piece. There have also been a number of changes to the implementation recently that are worth sharing as well.

One subject which gathers a fair amount of attention for us from some of our more tech-savvy customers is our "L7" box, or the appliance we use to manage and prioritize traffic on our network.
