How do I adjust my spam filtering settings?

Adjusting the level of spam protection on your Orcon email account is easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to 'My Orcon' using your Orcon username and password
  2. Click on the 'My Services' link on the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Email' link on the expanded left hand menu.
  4. Click on the 'Spam Blocking' link on the expanded left hand menu.

On this screen you can now change the level of spam protection on your account, as well as changing the way mail that is identified as spam is handled.
