My kids/neighbour/cat got on the computer and used all my data; can I have a refund please?
You silly sausage, you should know better than to leave your cat in the same room as your computer unattended.
It is up to you to monitor your data usage, you can check online at any time, and we send you warnings when you get close to your data cap. So unfortunately for you, the answer is no.
However, points (which have no monetary value, in fact no value at all) will be awarded for elaborate stories that make us laugh.
