I want to change the Orcon Broadband plan I am on, what do I do?
You can change the Orcon Broadband plan that you are on at any time by choosing the plan that you want to change to from the broadband plan table.
On the next form choose the 'Yes, I already have broadband installed on my line' option and the 'Yes, I already have an Orcon username' option. You will then be taken to a plan change order form.
After you have placed your order you will receive an email from our provisioning team with the expected date on which your plan change will take effect.
