How do I view my broadband usage?

It is a simple process to check your broadband usage and make sure that you don't rack up a massive excess usage bill at the end of the month. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to 'My Orcon' using your Orcon username and password.
  2. On the main page your BitStream Broadband service should be listed under subscribed services, click on the little grey 'Usage' button to the right of the service.
  3. You can then see your usage for the current billing cycle, as well as your historic usage.

Please note that there can be a delay of up to one hour in the usage meter being updated. Keep this in mind if you are concerned about exceeding your data limit.
