How do I move my broadband connection to Orcon?
It's very simple - all you need to do is decide which Orcon Broadband plan you would like then either apply online or give us a call on 0508 564 687.
Once you have set the wheels in motion you just need to sit back and wait for your connection to go live. In the mean time it is important that you keep your current Broadband connection active.
Transferring your connection to Orcon will take roughly 5 working days and once this has been completed and you are surfing happily, you just need to give your old ISP a call to make sure that they aren't charging you for anything you no longer need.
