How do I know how much data I have used?
You can check how much data you have used at any time, from anywhere with an Internet connection by logging into the My Orcon section of the website.
Please note that there can be a delay of up to one hour in the usage meter being updated. Keep this in mind if you are concerned about exceeding your data limit.
We also send you warning emails to your preferred email address when you reach 80% of your data allowance. Note: these emails are not guaranteed, and should not be relied upon as your only means of monitoring your data usage. You are responsible for monitoring the data usage on your own account.
