FAQs
How does Capped Calling work?
Calls are normally charged at a per minute rate. With capped calling calls are charged at a per minute rate until they hit the price cap. Once the call goes over the time cap the call is charged at the per minute rate again.
For example: A 2 hour call (120 minutes) to Australia would have cost $0.19 x 120 minutes = $22.80.
However with a cap at $3.95 for the first hour, it will cost $3.95 for the first hour and then '0.19 x 60 minutes' for the second hour. $3.95 + ($0.19 x 60 minutes) = $15.35.
120 minute call to Australia = $15.35.
