What happens when I sign up with the Orcon+ Network?

You can sign up either via our website or by calling 0800 JOIN US (0800 564 687). Once your order is processed, you'll be contacted with an estimate of when your connection will be up and running.

We'll also contact your previous provider (if you have one) to let them know we’re taking on your service.

Once the services have been switched over to us, our technical whizzes visit your local telephone exchange and literally disconnect your line from the old system and reconnect it to Orcon's new network. (See, it’s all rather exciting!)

You may experience some downtime while your line is being connected.

Once that's done and you're all shipshape, we'll contact you to let you know you're now on our new network. All you need to do now is follow the instructions to install your new Orcon Homehub or other modem, and then dive into the Internet or start calling!
