How long until I can get set up on the new Orcon+ network if I make my mind up today?

Once you've signed up, it will take from 10 to 14 working days for the order to be processed and the technicians to switch your line. You'll still have all your previous services during this time. Then, while our technical experts are working on your line, you will experience a period of downtime as they change it into our network. This is likely to be around 4 hours.
Delays should be shorter if you are already an Orcon Homeline and Broadband customer, as the changeover will be simpler. The downtime will also be reduced if you get a brand new Orcon number and discard your old one.
