Can I keep my old phone number when I switch over onto LLU?

Yes, if you are staying in the same house then we can move your old number over.
However, if you're moving into a new local calling area that requires you to get a new number (such as if you're moving from Papakura to Ponsonby), then you won't be able to keep your old number. This is no different to the process before LLU.
