What are my log-in details?
To log-in to My Orcon you will need to know your Orcon username and password. These are the ones you created when you signed up with Orcon. Generally your Orcon username will be the first part of your email address - the part before the @ symbol (unless you have made additional email addresses).
You do not need to put @orcon.net.nz after your username to log-in to My Orcon. If you do put this on the end of your username you will not be able to log-in successfully.
