Arising Issues

1.3 Other issues may arise as a result of transferring you to the Orcon+ network and while Orcon will use its best endeavours to resolve any issues, Orcon will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss you suffer as a result of your transfer to the Orcon+ network. Such issues may include (but are not limited to) interference with alarm monitoring services; need for new modem; need for new wiring at your premises; incomplete or incorrect transfer by our third party supplier.
