Application of These Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all customers who receive the Orcon+ Services. The Orcon General Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to an Orcon service which you receive will continue to apply in addition to these terms and conditions. Specifically, the Broadband terms and conditions and the Homeline terms and conditions will apply to your Orcon+ services (see Orcon Terms and Conditions).
