I am on an old broadband/homeline plan, what should I be being billed?

We are phasing out all previous broadband and homeline plans as of the 13th of March. This means that we are not accepting any new connections on these plans. If you are already on one of these plans you can stay on it.

However, if you are moving house, or change to one of our new plans you will not be able to go back on your old plan.

Broadband Plans

The old plans were made up of a combination of speed and data components:

Speed options

256Kbps/128Kbps $29.95
Max/128Kbps $39.95
Max/Max $49.95

Data options

200MB Free
1GB $5
5GB $10
15GB $20
Zeroshock $20
30GB $40
60GB $80
100GB $130
200GB $220

Note a $10 discount applies if you have your direct dial toll calling with Orcon.

If you exceed your monthly data allowance $10 is automatically charged to your account and you get an extra 5 GB of data for use during that month. Please note that, as with all data usage limits, the unused portion of any extra chunk purchased for any month is not carried over for use in the following month.

ZeroShock has a soft cap of 20GB per month. If you go over this we send you a warning, you can then choose to slow down on your Internet usage, or get moved onto another plan that better suits your needs. If you continue to exceed 20GB you will be moved onto another plan.
