 Appeal video terms and conditions for orcon's "see the world" Promotion

By uploading a video of you appealing to persons to nominate you when   a person signs up to Orcon in accordance with Orcon’s “See the World” Promotion (“appeal video”) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

These Appeal Video Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Orcon “See the World” Promotion Terms and Conditions which continue to apply and can be found at http://www.orcon.net.nz/about/promotional_terms_and_conditions

By clicking "Upload Video" on the Orcon website, you are confirming that you are authorised to upload the video and you agree to indemnify Orcon Internet Limited (“Orcon”) for any loss it suffers as a result of your appeal video breaching the intellectual property rights of any third party. 

Any appeal videos uploaded that are deemed inappropriate, indecent or unacceptable in any way will be removed from the website in Orcon’s sole judgement and discretion, and will not be eligible to enter the promotion.

By uploading your appeal video to the Orcon website you assign to Orcon all rights in relation to the video including but not limited to the sole right to reproduce, broadcast and/or use your appeal video for any purpose on any medium. Orcon will not be liable to you for any claim in relation to loss suffered by you as a result of such use.

All appeal videos uploaded to the Orcon website and deemed eligible by Orcon in accordance with these terms and conditions will automatically be uploaded to www.youtube.com

The number of Airpoints Dollars which can be allocated to you as a result of your appeal video is limited to 5000.

Orcon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Neither Orcon, Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with your participation in this promotion.

How to claim airpoints dollars

New Orcon Customers: If you apply for a residential Orcon Broadband Plan during the period 15 July 2010 and 31 October 2010 and connect successfully to Orcon broadband for the first time, you'll be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

When your Orcon broadband is successfully connected you will receive an email (to your preferred email address being the one you gave us during signup) with a unique single use website link. Simply click on this link and enter your Air New Zealand Airpoints™ number along with the exact name on your Airpoints account. If you don’t have an Airpoints account you will be given a link and promotion code to register immediately. You can then submit your Airpoints details into the provided Orcon website link. You must redeem your Airpoints Dollars using the link provided by 30 November 2010. 

Provided the Airpoints account details you provide to us are correct, you will receive 60 Airpoints Dollars into your Airpoints account within 10 business days of submitting your Airpoints details to Orcon. You can view your Airpoints Dollars balance at http://www.myairnz.com and earning history, and if after 15 business days you have not received your 60 Airpoints Dollars, you can contact us on 0800 13 14 15.

Exisitng Orcon customers - Referrals: If you are an existing Orcon customer and you refer a new customer to an Orcon residential broadband plan and that customer signs up to Orcon during the period 15 July 2010 and 31 October 2010 and is successfully connected to Orcon broadband, you may become eligible to be credited 60 Airpoints Dollars. 

In order to be eligible, the new customer you refer must enter your Orcon account number (which can be found on your bill) in the signup process when asked “Did someone refer you?”. You can only refer the same person once (eg a person you refer cannot leave Orcon and then sign up again during the Promotion).

When the broadband of the person you referred is successfully connected you will receive an email (to the email address you gave us during signup) with a unique single use website link. Simply click on this link and enter your Airpoints number along with the exact name on your Airpoints account. If you don’t have an Airpoints account you will be given a link and promo code to register immediately. You must redeem your Airpoints Dollars using the link provided by 30 November 2010. 

Provided the Airpoints account details you provide us on the unique single use website are correct, you will receive 60 Airpoints Dollars on your Airpoints balance within 15 business days of submitting your Airpoints details to Orcon. You can view your Airpoints Dollars balance and earning history at http://www.myairnz.com.

Here's all the nitty gritty.

1.       You must be over 18 years to enter the Orcon “See the World” promotion (the “Promotion”).

2.       By signing up for the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Orcon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions during the term of the Promotion.

3.       This Promotion commences on 15 July 2010 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 October 2010 (the “Promotion Term”).

4.       The Promotion entitles the eligible Orcon customer to be credited 60 Airpoints Dollars for signing up to (and being successfully connected to) Orcon during the Promotion Term and to be credited 60 Airpoints Dollars for each successful referral made as set out above.  All Airpoints Dollars allocated to you under this Promotion must be redeemed by 30 November 2010.

5.       Eligible customers will receive a redemption email within 1 week of such customer’s Orcon broadband connection. If you believe you are eligible under the Promotion and you do not receive the redemption email within 1 week of connection you must call Orcon and request a resend of this email. This must be done before 30 November 2010 to be eligible to receive the Airpoints Dollars.

 6.    Information on how to enter the Promotion and how to claim Airpoints Dollars as set out above form part of the terms and conditions.

 7.   All applications for Orcon services will be subject to various credit checks and Orcon reserves the right to decline any application. Declined applications will not be entitled to enter this Promotion.

8.     Orcon collects eligible customer’s Airpoints Account details solely for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for crediting Airpoints Dollars to Airpoints members’ accounts.   Please refer to Orcon’s Privacy Policy at the Orcon website regarding the storage of personal information.

 9.    The Airpoints offer under this Promotion is not transferable and Airpoints Dollars are not redeemable for cash.

10.  Fares are subject to change without notice.

11.  Airpoints Terms and Conditions apply in relation to all Airpoints Dollars credited pursuant to this Promotion.  Full Airpoints Terms and Conditions can be viewed at www.airnewzealand.co.nz/airpoints/terms-and-conditions.

12.  Neither Orcon Internet Limited nor Air New Zealand Limited nor any other person or party associated with this Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with participation in this Promotion.

13.  To be eligible for this Promotion, the Orcon customer must not be in breach of their Orcon contract, nor have given or been given notice of termination from Orcon.

14.  Your total number of Airpoints Dollars and your earning history are only visible at www.myairnz.com.

15.  Orcon reserves the right to refuse any request for redemption if Orcon deems the applicant to be manipulating the terms, signup process, or referral system in any way.

16.  A single person or household is only allowed to receive this offer as a new customer once during the term of the Promotion. Although multiple referrals are accepted from existing Orcon customers, referrals of the same person cannot be made more than once during the term of the Promotion.

 

 

 

Break Free Credit

A $100 credit is available to new residential LLU broadband connections within the Birkdale, Albany and Henderson exchange areas between 28 August to 30 September 2010 if the correct promo code is stated during signup.
New connections must be for an LLU @home+ plan.
Orcon reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
The credit is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
To be eligible for the $100 broadband credit, the customer must not be in breach of their Orcon contract, nor have given or been given notice of termination from Orcon.
Employees of Orcon and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the $100 credit.
To the extent permitted by law, Orcon, its employees and agents, exclude any liability they may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion.

Orcon Mobile Competition

 

All Orcon @Home and @Work broadband customers that get connected to an Orcon mobile plan before 30 September 2010 go into the draw to win one of 10 HTC HD minis.

By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.  The competition is open to all New Zealand residents over 18 years of age.

Prizewinners will be determined by a random draw from all correct entries received before the closing date of 30 September 2010. Prizes not claimed within seven working days of notification may be re-drawn. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Orcon reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.

The prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other item.

Photo Book Terms And Conditions

1.        Information on ‘how to claim’ form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.        Offer available to Orcon @home customers from the 1st August to 31st August 2010. Offer can be redeemed up until September 14th 2010

3.        The product credit will expire on 31 October 2011 which means customers will need to create and order their photo book before midnight on 31 October 2011 otherwise the product credit will expire.

4.        Offer only available in New Zealand.  Customers must be at least 13 years of age to sign-up for Snapfish.

5.        A Customer will qualify for this offer by means of being an existing Orcon customer and also one who is in receipt of an EDM or other electronic message from Orcon specifically making an offer of a free Photo book

6.        Qualifying customers will be asked to email ‘The Sales Promotion Store via a dedicated address with their name & email address.

7.        Qualifying Customers who choose to participate in the offer will then receive an auto-response from The Sales Promotion Store giving them a link and electronic voucher number
