Orcon tops poll for internet speed, reliability of service and billing

A new survey has named Orcon as the best ISP for internet speed, reliability of service and billing.

The survey by Canstar Blue and conducted by Colmar Brunton Australia, surveys 2,500 New Zealand consumers every few months to measure their satisfaction across a range of products and services.

The poll saw only two ISPs awarded five stars, with Orcon named best for internet speed, reliability of service and billing.

Derek Bonnar CANSTAR CANNEX - New Zealand National Manager said the survey also found that Kiwis are excited about the Ultra Fast Broadband roll-out.

"The survey also revealed that 33% of parents agree that their children are the main users of broadband in their household. Christchurch has the highest number of junior broadband users at 36%, closely followed by Auckland at 34%," says Derek.
