IT'S NOW EASIER TO PAY

We have made some improvements to the credit card payment section of our website.

From today you can process your own credit card payments via the My Orcon section of the website.

It means you don’t have to call us for one-off or to set up on-going payments.

To make a one-off payment, log into My Orcon and click My Account > My Finances > Pay Account.

Then follow the instructions to make a secure payment. Easy!

This also means that a different person can pay each month - handy if you are flatting and taking turns, or fancy doing a mate or family member a favour.

To change your payment method to credit card, or update credit card details, log into My Orcon and click My Account > My Finances > Payment Method.

Then again, follow the instructions. Nice!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners.

You can, of course, still pay by the usual methods – bank deposit, direct debit, internet banking, or at the Post Shop.
