Change your plan online

We’ve made it easier for you to change your residential plan and service features with a snazzy online tool.
Just head to the ‘support’ section, then click ‘change my plan’.
Log in, and you’ll see the plan you currently have.
Then, just add, subtract, or change whatever you like, and you can place the change order from the tool. Easy!
Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
